2021 Event Details
Registration for the 2021 Tournament Open!
We have a number of EXCITING NEW GAMES and CHALLENGES during the tournament this year. It all goes to our great beneficiaries — Lake Oswego Transitional Shelter Ministry, MIGA — Mobility Impaired Golf Association, Lake Oswego Meals on Wheels, Lake Oswego Police Department Caring Card Program and the Lake Oswego Public Golf Course.
EVENT REGISTRATION — Includes all of the following:
All Friday night festivities
$125 registration = $105 entry fee and a $20 charitable donation
One Mulligan. An additional Mulligan can be purchased for $5 at the event for a max of two
Croquet Putting Hole (12th hole) — All players will use the croquet mallets provided for putting on this hole. Use any grip or swing you prefer. (No mulligans on this hole)
Birdie Chipping Challenge (8th hole) — Each player will receive a sleeve of Mizuno RB Tour balls and receive an instant Birdie on the hole. Players then proceed to the chipping contest and use those balls to chip to the green. Closest or in wins. Mizuno will provide the wedges. The winner gets a Mizuno wedge of their choice!
Pro’s Shot Challenge (on the challenging 15th hole) — all team members hit and then the Pro hits up to three shots. You should be putting for Birdie!
Closest to the Keg Challenge (10th hole) — Closest to the keg wins cash prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. Two different tees for men and woman. If you are within the 10’ circle you get a free beer or wine! Proceed directly to the green to putt for Eagle. (No mulligans on this hole)
Closest to the Pin Contests for men and women on three holes. Win cash prizes!
MIZUNO RAFFLE TICKETS — All participants will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a Mizuno driver, fairway metal, or hybrid! Three raffle tickets will be drawn so there is a great chance to win!

Mizuno equipment will be available to demo at the range before the Tournament and available for purchase throughout the day
9:00 AM — Tournament
Format: 18 hole, five player Scramble, shotgun start
To give every team a chance to win we will be using handicaps this year. Players will provide their handicaps when they register. If you don't have a handicap we will assign you one.
All players tee off, select the best shot, all players hit from that position and repeat until the ball is holed.

Only 225 tickets will be sold so the odds of winning are great! Tickets will be $40 each (limit four per person) and will be available to purchase from our online store and during registration at the event. The raffle drawing will be held on or before September 30, 2021 and the winners will be contacted by phone and listed on the website.
